About Us

Fresca is a chef-driven company. While our passion is food, we recognize an obligation to be ethical citizens of our community. From minimizing our carbon footprint through recycling and composting to donating our food surplus to a local food partner, Fresca seeks to satiate both the palate and the soul.

Fresca is the collaboration of two chefs with over 40 years of experience in the culinary field. While the calendar tells us there are only four seasons in the year, the harvest says differently. From fresh pea shoots and ramps in the early spring to the crispness of a ripe quince in late October, our menus will change to feature fruits and vegetables during their true growing season. Wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas, freshly roasted and smoked meats, and whimsical desserts complete the menus.

Manny Guerrero

Dedicated to the profession and with a vivid culinary imagination, Manny's attention to detail can be seen in each dish on the menu. Recently, as the Executive Catering Chef of Rosendale Events in Atlanta, he has been a part of the new Harry Potter Experience and overseen the opening of a branded pop-up restaurant and craft bar. Originally from Lilburn, Manny is excited to return home, leading his own kitchen.

Lisa Myers

Known for her Kitchen Sink Cookies, Lisa started in the industry at the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, working at several of their concepts before making pastries at Chops. From there, she started her own catering company that she ran for 17 years, perfecting her skills in creating both menus and hand-carved, hand-painted wedding cakes. Her fondest commission was being asked to make the centerpiece cake and dessert display for the opening of the Jim Henson Exhibition. Come visit us and experience what passion tastes like.
