Love soft shell crabs. Not everyone can prepare them well. Fresca hits the mark. Delicious!

Had this for the first time and was a bit hesitant with no meat, but ventured out. It was FABULOUS!!! It's a large portion and I bought some home. I would definitely have this again and again. Everyone at the table loved their choices, but loved mine too.

Well this dish was for me. I am into cream sauces not red sauces. Nice blend of ingredients and sauce and the sausage was great. Enough for another meal also.
